South Dakota
In South Dakota I hunt the eastern 1/3 of the state. This area, like the rainwater basin, is known as the Prairie Pothole Region. This area is known for it waterfowl production worldwide. It holds millions of birds year round! I have been hunting this area for many years now allowing myself to get to know the ground well and develop good relationships with many landowners. The majority of the season I will be based out of Mitchell, South Dakota and will follow the migration north as required. These hunts in South Dakota can be lights outs! The concentration of Snow Geese is amazing! For any waterfowler a trip to South Dakota in the spring is a dream come true! We will have all kinds of ducks and geese buzzing our spreads! It is something amazing to witness!!! This hunt doesn’t include lodging or meals but I will be more than happy to help you find a reasonable place to stay!

Bird Cleaning
Bird Cleaning is the hunter's responsibility. If you decide to clean them yourself, remember you have to leave a wing or head on the bird for identification purposes and Federal transportation regulations!!!!
Bird Cleaning is available for $6 per bird. We will clean the birds in your presence then you are responsible for putting the birds in your coolers and proper care there after!
